Motive seriousness has been certified “AEO”

After a long process of checks and audits, fwe have obtained a certification that few can still boast of: the AEO authorization, issued by the Customs Authority.

But what did they evaluate to make us become an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)?

  • Compliance with customs legislation and taxation rules, both in import and in export
  • absence of criminal offences related to the economic activity
  • Demonstration of a high level of control over operations and the flow of goods,
  • Financial solvency
  • The truthfulness of the declarations on the origin of the goods (obviously including our "MADE IN ITALY")
  • Data security
  • Goods identification
  • Goods security from theft, damage, shortages, wrong numbers, etc.,
  • Internal competence and practices

So, what are the advantages of having an AEO authorized supplier?

• Greater protection of the goods (packaging, identification, conservation, counting, traceability, checks on the carrier, etc.)• Better information and document support

  • Less customs controls
  • Faster delivery times to foreign customers, by virtue of mutual recognition agreements (for now with USA, China, Japan, Norway and Switzerland) which lead to a simplification in controls also for customs clearance.
  • Fewer delays in shipments
  • All the advantages related to having a healthier and sincerer supplier
